About the Author
Lauren Cifuentes, Ph.D., University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, directed distance learning at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi for seven years. She has conducted research, published over one-hundred articles, and given countless distance learning workshops in universities and K-12 schools worldwide.
