Karima Bounemra Ben Soltane is the director of the Development Information Services Division at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. Nino Orlando Fluck is a senior cartographer at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. Aida Opoku-Mensah is a team leader for United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. M. A. Mohamed Salih is a professor of politics of development both at the Institute of Social Studies in the Hague nd at University of Leiden in the Netherlands.
