About the Author

Ravindra B. Prasad, b. 1963, Asst. Professor at Jaglal Choudhary College, obtained his all higher qualifications from Patna University, B.A. (Hons) and M.A in political science and M.Phil from Delhi University, qualified UGC NET. He is working in same capacity for last twelve years on permanent basis. At present he is also pursuing his Ph.D from Magadh University. He has made detailed study on child labour and NGO and is also associated with an NGO of State repute.
