About the Author:

Mrs. Arul Jothi, obtained M.A. in History, B.Ed and M.Ed. She worked in CBSE, Matric Hr. Sec. Schools and Teacher Training Institutions. At present, she is the Principal of Arcot Sri Mahalakshmi Teacher Training Institute and produced District level ranks. She is very much interested in Co-curricular activities, attended many seminars and presented papers in Teacher Training Institutions.

Dr. D.L. Balaji, obtained B.Com, M.A (Public Administration), M.Phil and Doctor of literature. At present, he is the Chairman of Tmt. Lakshmi Loganthan Matriculation School and the Correspondent of Mahalakshmi Educational Institutions. He has attended many conferences including Fifth World Tamil Conference at Sri Lanka in 2005.

Mrs. Monica Kumari is the Professor in Home Science in Department of Home Science, University of Agra. She has passed her B.Sc. Home Science Degree from Dayalbagh College, Agra University in 1981. She joined St. Jones College Agra in Food Science Division as Academic Head and after working for 6 years joined Mayo College Ajmer.
