About the Author

Dr. Shweta achieved B.A and M.A in Sociology and subsequently Ph.D in same discipline from Patna University and qualified for UGC-NET Examination conducted by the University Grants Commission. Presently she is a Counselor of Indira Gandhi Open University, Study Centre and Nalanda Open University and associated with Magadha Mahila College, Patna University in teaching capacity. She had attended several seminars and symposiums and had papers published in Ideal Research Review, 1999, 2006 and Hindustan Research Review 2009.
