About the Author

Sunil Kumar Srivastava is Associate Professor, Mechanical Engineering Department, MMM Engineering College, Gorakhpur, UP. After completing his Graduation in First (Hons.) from the same college in 1987, he received his Masters Degree in Design of Mechanical Equipment (secured First rank) from IIT, New Delhi in 1994 and Ph.D. from IIT, Roorkee in 2001, both under the Quality Improvement Programme. He has authored 14 papers in national and international journals and 15 papers in the proceedings of various conferences. He has a teaching and research experience of 24 years at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, guided 11 students for M.Tech. dissertation, and actively involved in CAD activities. He is Fellow Member of The IEI (India) and Life Member of ISTE.
