R.S. Jaglan is Registrar, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar (Haryana). He obtained his Ph.D. from CCS Haryana Agriculture University, Hisar in 1985. He is basically a Professor of Entomology and is in the profession of teaching and research for more than thirty years. He has widely travelled to USA, Australia and some Asian countries and has attended more than 60 conferences/seminars of national and international level.
