Managing Art is the outcome of the global journey on values focused on the organisational set-up. The author indirectly has tried to ask serious readers to be ready for a change in mindset for their own growth. This not only can contribute to growth in an organisation but also generate immense satisfaction in oneself. The book is about management techniques. Basic management is described for the business and industrial segments; it also discusses managing self which is an essential requirement for any person at any stage and age. With rapid development in science and technology and the growing economy quality-consciousness has become the mantra of the organisation. Various certifications have been made as indicator for systematic approach. Scientifically, the processes for each part has been devised for functioning but such science is devoid of continuous improvement or has limitations to growth unless the art is understood. Managing Art fills the void in this respect.
