(Mech) from Government College of Engineering, Anantapur affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University, M.E from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers India and Life Member of ISTE. He served in different capacities for 34 years at Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam. He has also authored Theory of Machines. M. Raja Roy did his B.Tech (Mech) from Bapatla Engineering College, Bapatla (affiliated to Nagarjuna University) and M.E. (CAD/CAM) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He is an expert in CAD and web designing and programming.
