As a psychologist, Rens specialises in the application of good-to-great psychological techniques to build the performance and well-being of his clients. His clients include many renowned companies, as well as some of the world’s best athletes. Rens recently founded Purpose+, a company that aims to create a more meaningful business paradigm. As well as being a psychologist, Rens is also a part-time athlete. He trains daily to realise his personal goals in life, which include climbing the famous seven summits and surfing the best surf spots on the planet. In his free time, he loves to meditate, surf, scuba dive, hang out with friends and study physics. He currently lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
