With due respect to Their Lordships of the Admiralty, Sir Yue-kong Pao commanded a far larger fleet that any First Sea Lord in the history of the Royal Navy. Certainly it was the biggest tanker fleet ever assembled by a private owner, and he deserves the accolade of "First Sea Lord".
