Disoriented Visual Object is one of the Sights of Design series written by experienced design and cultural practitioner who grasp the traces of design in modern society with internal knowledge and also from the view of spectators. It intends to evaluate and discuss design phenomenon, their impact on the cultural environment and the people who are inside the spectrum.

About the Author
Magdy Ma is a design enthusiast. She studied graphic design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic and the State University of California in Los Angeles. In 1997, she graduated from the Master of Arts (Design) program of the School of Design program of the School of Design, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With her ample involvement in the profession, she realizes her interest as attempts of design analysis and design criticism.
