For over 21 years, La Cuisine has been a popular feature on the Jerusalem kosher culinary scene, serving thousands of satisfied customers. Now Lori invites you into her kitchen to share her best-selling recipes with you, such as her caramel cheesecake and non-dairy tofu cheesecake, her delicious tea breads and cookies, and of course her flaky, buttery quiches.
