This thin, 18 page book was published by the Wright Laboratory of Crowley, La in 1963. It is definitely a family cookbook with hand drawn illustrations and family photos with the family cook. The recipes were tested by Mrs. S.L. Wright, II and the drawings were by Mrs. S.L. Wright, III. Some of the recipes are: Green Rice, Rice Pilaf, Shrimp Jambalaya, Goulash, Oysters and Rice, Red Beans N' Rice, Rice Dressing and Cajun Rice.
