About the Authors
AHMED TAHER HASSANEIN is professor of Arabic studies and chairman of the Arabic Department (Languages and Translation) at Misr University for Science and Technology, and is the author of numerous books on Arabic grammar and style.
KAMAR ABDOU was the founder and director of the Arabic Language and Translation Program at the School of Continuing Education of the American University in Cairo.
DALAL ABO EL SEOUD, with a Ph.D. from Ain Shams University, is an Arabic language instructor at the Arabic Language Institute of the American University in Cairo.
