In an age where the Christian Faith is becoming increasingly grossly polluted with false doctrines, human philosophies, and outright heresies masquerading as the truth, there is yet an urgent need to “earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” This is one of the salient objectives that this book sets out to achieve. This urgent intervention is even more apposite at this time because peddlers of these eternally damning falsehoods are becoming even more daring and forceful in their ways. Worse, the scripturally diseased doctrines that are x-rayed in this book emanate from no less the pulpits of highly respected men of God and churches with wide acclaim. The result is that many are being led astray daily without let or hindrance. The times we are in are indeed dangerously evil. Christians who ought to “prove all things, and hold fast that which is good” have been mostly caught in the rat race, and barely have time to study to show themselves approved unto God. Little wonder contemporary Christians find it difficult to rightly divide the Word of Truth. This Book therefore also sets out to redirect the Believer’s focus to the Word of Truth and the Ancient Landmark. It seeks to distil the total counsel of God for life and destiny for the Believer that is serious about living for God in this world and reigning with Him in the world to come.In this book, you will come in contact with Biblical guide to sound doctrine and how to avoid the snare of false doctrine. You will find explained the correct disposition to Prosperity and Grace. You will also find among other things biblical Christianity explained, characteristics of the model Bible Church, and how the counterculture revolution that was modelled by Christ and His disciples can become for you a way of life even today. While the Book exposes the defect in the doctrine and lifestyle of church leaders, and wields out the error in the ways of the church, the intent is however not to rubbish the church that the Lord Jesus died for, but to redirect her focus to the saving grace of the coming King.
