About the Author

Rev Dr Gordon Wong has been married to Lai Foon for over 20 years, and they have two children, Deborah and Jeremy. He is the Bishop William F Oldham Professor of Old Testament at Trinity Theological College, and an ordained minister of the Methodist Church in Singapore. He holds a BA (Honours) from the London School of Theology and a PhD from the University of Cambridge. His publications include pastoral commentaries on Isaiah 1-12 (The Road to Peace), Daniel (Faithful to the End) and Habakkuk (God, Why?).
