ABOUT THE BOOK
Everyone desires happiness, and it's not as elusive as we think. How do some people endure great adversity, and still emerge happy and fulfilled? They have learned that happiness lies not in what happens, but how we respond to it.
In this book, accomplished psychologist Dr Maureen Neihart shares the "vaccines" you need to release your full potential and keep life's troubles from holding you back - and the surprising new science behind them. Learn simple, yet proven and powerful ways to keep your optimism and drive, recover from setbacks and failures, and build lives of health, hope and joy for yourself and your family.
