An estimated 60 million Americans struggle with generational dysfunction: a learned destructive behavior passed from one generation to the next. It often becomes more severe with time. “Power to Change” details the five steps that are necessary to break the vicious patterns of destructive behavior that plague generation after generation. It tells the story of how the author and his family triumphed over dysfunction. It helps the reader see the possibilities with new lenses, break old destructive habits, start healthy ones, forgive the painful past and live in harmony with those around us. This book can help anyone who struggles with patterns of destruction.
