Sophie Jordan is a passionate reader since childhood. She graduated in English Literature and History, and after several years teaching English, she decided it was time to pursue her true passion: writing. Hostile Love (Once upon a wedding night, 2006), her first novel, was nominated for Best Novel of the Romantic Novel Romantic Times. Since then she has published historical novels and some more supernatural romance under the name Sharie Kohler. She currently lives in Houston with her family, and in the midst of noisy kids and a husband who loves her cooking, she is able to take time to write a good love story.
