About the Author
Yann Arthus-Bertrand, fotografo frances de gran renombre internacional, nacio en 1946. Amante de la naturaleza, vivio en Africa, donde estudio el comportamiento de los leones. De vuelta en Francia, colaboro con varias revistas, ente las que figuran National Geographic, Life y Paris Match. En 1991 fundo en Paris la agencia Altitude y publico varios libros con fotografias aereas. Es el autor tambien de las fotografias de Arte rural y La Argentina desde el cielo, ambos libros de Ediciones Lariviere.
