Secondly from Monetary perspective: If customers decide to leave the queue, or/are put off from even joining the queue, then this leads to loss. At given moment, there can be more people or jobs demanding service, help or attention than an organization can handle. In such cases, queues help works and managers track, prioritize and ensure the delivery of services and transactions and hence reduce congestion.
