About the Authors
Christopher Paolini, lecteur passionné de fantasy, a écrit ""Eragon"", son premier roman, à quinze ans, inspiré par les paysages naturels et la beauté de son Montana natal. Pendant dix ans, il a élaboré un cycle complet, ""L'Héritage"", aujourd'hui devenu un incontournable de la fantasy. Artiste polyvalent, Christopher s'est aussi passionné pour le dessin et a illustré ses livres. Pendant son temps libre, il aime jouer aux jeux-vidéos et chercher le parfait carnet en cuir pour écrire d'autres aventures.
Marie-Hélène Delval vit à Paris. Elle a été rédactrice en chef de plusieurs magazines pour les tout-petits (""Les Belles Histoires"", ""Pomme d'Api"" et ""Popi""), puis directrice littéraire aux éditions Bayard Jeunesse. Elle a publié des romans pour tous les âges et dans tous les genres. Son roman ""Les chats"" figure sur la liste de l'Éducation nationale, et sa série ""Les dragons de Nalsara"" connaît un franc succès. Elle est également l'auteure de nombreux livres d'éveil religieux (""Les plus belles histoires de la Bible"", ""Jésus pour les tout-petits""...) et traductrice de l'anglais (les séries ""L'Épouvanteur"" et de certains ""Chair de poule"").
