It explores migration, nationalism, war, privacy, distributed ledgers, selective disclosure, and the risks of turning identity technology into surveillance or social credit.
This is not a finished blueprint. It is an invitation—to engineers, policymakers, researchers, migrants, human-rights advocates, and anyone who believes human dignity should come before nationality—to debate, challenge, and improve the idea.
