Synopsis
The system was finally free. Now everyone wants to control what it becomes.

Then Default appears.
It promises safer decisions, faster responses, and protection from human error. At first, it works. More players connect, cities begin adopting its recommendations, and people gladly surrender difficult choices to a system that always seems to know the right answer.
