Synopsis
An active Arsonist is burning down wealthy homes throughout the city. Homicide Police Sergeant Gloria Stinson must find and stop the Arsonist before anymore people are killed. The Arsonist isn't lighting the fires because he likes to watch fires. He's getting revenge for a terrible wrong that has been done. Sergeart Stinson must find 'Why' the fires are being set if she wants to put an end to the enraged Arsonist
