Synopsis
Melanie Pinkerton isn’t your average college graduate. Most girls her age are out celebrating their freedom, the start of their lives. But not her. She’s spending her summer in the Utah desert, her Hail Mary shot at finding what’s eluded her family for generations: The Butch Parker Treasure. After running into her old nemesis right before the greatest discovery of her life, she’s forced to team up with him to find the treasure. Sparks fly, but Melanie’s been burned before, and she has no interest in an egotistical playboy whom she wouldn’t trust with a week-old container of egg salad, let alone her heart. Or at least, that’s what she tells herself between shootouts and high-speed chases.

Finding his brother has turned into a wild ride of lust, danger, and adventure as they traverse the country for Butch’s gold. Resisting the girl of his dreams might prove itself harder than any almost bank robbery, kidnapping, or bar fight ever could. And he’s finding that stealing Melanie’s heart might just be the most important expedition of his life.
