About the Author

Dr. Yaw Amponsah Adoo is a Propel Center HBCU Faculty Fellow and a distinguished management professional with over a decade of experience in collegiate instruction, social innovative entrepreneurship, and digital organizational leadership. His expertise includes employee motivation, well-being, and the impact of organizational change, focusing on job insecurity, work-related stressors, and workplace spirituality.Dr. Adoo currently serves as Chair of the Department of Business at Morris Brown College and has previously held key roles at Shorter University and the University of the Virgin Islands. In August 2024, he joined the Harvard Business Review's Advisory Council, contributing insights that shape management and leadership studies. His work also fosters partnerships that enhance curriculum development and cultural appreciation beyond academia.
