With over three decades of "in the trenches" experience developing innovative products and technologies in a large corporation, she holds 80 patents and provides a unique and practical perspective on the topics of innovation, leadership, culture, and careers. Jayshree has been instrumental in proposing actionable frameworks and mental models, and teaches, coaches, and mentors corporate innovators, managers, and leaders. As a science advocate, she studies the public perception of science and its impact on society, and advocates for diversity in STEM fields to drive innovation.
