This book is based on the Shelby Nichols Adventure Series, and two of the main characters, Shelby Nichols and Alejandro Ramos. In the Shelby books, Jackie Manetto has become a romance writer with the pen name of Jocelyn Drake, and she tells Shelby she is writing a book based on her and Ramos.

Naturally, this sparked my imagination and I decided this book needed to be written! For those of you who have been dying for Shelby and Ramos to get together - this book is for you!! YAY! Just FYI - their names have been changed to protect their privacy, along with a few other details.
