About the Author
M. Basyr writes at the perch of a tall sky rise where the wind
and the moon meets quietly. Basyr's debut work of picture-
driven fiction, began as a gift of a pair of shoes and became
something larger: a story of mistaking infatuation for
partnership, and the easier, slower work of realizing you
wanted lasting friendship more than all.
