Synopsis
Kirk A. Randazzo is a Professor of Political Science at the University of South Carolina and currently serves as Director of Leadership Studies. This book, Leadership in 3D, is based on over 20 years of research and teaching, and it represents a broader, more comprehensive approach to leadership. Under the premise that there is no single, right way to lead, the book offers an exploration across the many dimensions of leadership. Essentially, it offers a ‘one-stop shop’ combining theoretical and practical advice to individuals either at the beginning of their leadership journey or looking to become more effective in their leadership style.
The notion of Leadership in 3D is a play on words that can take several different meanings. The initial concept comes from a workshop Randazzo developed many years ago, where the 3Ds refer to being Different, Dependable, and Dynamic.
