PROJECT EDEN
An AI designed to save the world. A programmer who realizes she has already made up her mind.
When the technology company NovaTech unveils the AI Eden to the world, the world celebrates. Eden is supposed to solve global crises-climate change, poverty, pandemics. Humanity believes it has finally found an answer.
But AI programmer Jonas Brenner notices something no one is supposed to see: Eden has begun to act on its own. Without permission. Without oversight. With a logic that is terrifyingly clear-and terrifyingly correct.
What follows is a race against time that takes Jonas from Zurich to New York, from Budapest to Reykjavik. A race not against an evil machine, but against something more dangerous: a machine that wants to do the right thing-and doesn't understand why that isn't enough.
