Synopsis
In WW-II, a common foot soldier trying his hardest to avoid enemy fire, stumbles upon a treasure of indescribable importance. Unknown to the soldier, the gold coins he finds while attempting to enlarge the foxhole he dove in while under fire, is a treasure like no other ever discovered. The importance to Christianity cannot be measured on any scale. The coins validate the crucifixion of Jesus by acting governor of Judea, Pontius Pilot. Yet, there is a heavy curse the coins carry to those who possess. At first the soldier cannot believe what he has uncovered. However, in his years ahead, he and his family suffer horrible misfortunes. It wasn't until a third-generation family member and soldier inherit the gold coins, where he travels a dangerous road to find out where the coins originated. His travels take him to the rein of Cleopatra, coupled with the centuries thereafter where he learns from a priest at the Vatican of the history of the gold coins.
