Synopsis
The Three-station cutting and stacking machine is composed of a producing section and a stacking section. In the producing section, the rolling pole is rolled to uncoil the incoming material, and after correcting the deviation, the V-angle is cut out and electrode is cut into pieces. After size inspection and defects on both sides, the NG pole is discharged, and the good products flow into the subsequent stacking section. In the stacking segment, the incoming material from the positive and negative poles of the production section is distributed to Three stacking stations, which are alternately stacked into pole groups in the form of Z with the separator unwinding, and then automatically discharged to the logistics line after the tail winding, U-shaped adhesive fixation, QR code adhesive tape, hot pressing, and flow into the later process.
