Synopsis
The rifts that Keynes opened have changed everything. Billions are dead, civilization is in tatters, and an endless tide of monsters are still pouring through tears in reality. But for the first time since it all began, he's free from the World Government's control.
When an encounter with an elderly couple in France stirs up an unexpected passion, Keynes's path leads him to Geneva—a proud ancient city with dreams of breaking free from the World Government's influence. Though harder and wiser than the boy who first opened the rifts, his newfound understanding of his own worth doesn't always keep his reckless streak in check.
As he nears Geneva, the World Government picks up his trail once more.
