About the Author

Dylan Waugh has enjoyed studying history since elementary school, but he didn't learn about Thaddeus Stevens until watching "Lincoln" as an adult. 

He wrote this book so current students, including his children, can learn about "The Great Commoner's" amazing life. He lives in Maryland with his wife and two daughters.
