Synopsis
Two kids are murdered, one an Eastern Indian and the other an African American. Sheriff Brandt suspects that these murders were motivated by racism, and the town soon finds itself in a race war between a black militia and a white supremacist group called the Talos Mandate. Brandt discovers that his own grandfather was once a member of the Talos Mandate, and he wonders if the town will ever trust him again.
