About the Author
Joseph M. Kemp is the CEO of JMK & Co., a boutique consultancy for aspiring graduate students and startups. He is also a corporate lawyer and multidisciplinary leader with a passion for innovation and education. He earned his JD & MBA from the University of Michigan, the #1 public university in the nation, and a MEd from the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League university and the #1 graduate school of education in the country, with merit scholarships and as a triple-degree graduate student. He completed his BA in philosophy at John Jay College (CUNY).
With over a decade of experience in education — spanning policy, teaching, and grad school admissions — Joseph is deeply committed to sharing his knowledge with those who can benefit most.
