Synopsis
In the final novel of the series "First Gladiator of Rome," we follow the journey of Marcus Attilius, a freeman gladiator, as he faces challenges in his quest to be the most successful gladiator of the Roman empire. Set in 79 AD, Marcus returns to Rome to train at the Ludus Gallica after defeating Hilarus at the Pompeii stadium on the eve of the eruption. On the opening day of the great amphitheatre, he prepares to battle the great empire champion, Racius Felix.
