About the Author

Dani Neiley is a writer and editor who has worked on countless book series for Teacher Created Materials, including Exploring Social Studies: California, Primary Source Readers: Around the United States, Primary Source Readers: Around the World, Book Adventures: Classroom Libraries, and Smithsonian STEAM Readers: Earth & Space Science, Life Science, and Physical Science. Her favorite books to write have included Our Rocky Mountains, Watching Plants Grow, and Bunny’s Magic Day. She received two B.A.s in English Literature and Screenwriting from Chapman University. She lives in the foothills of Colorado and loves to explore the great outdoors.
