Pooja Subramanian is an alumna of IIM Lucknow, and GEC Thrissur in India. Ten years into her career in the technology industry, she started taking time off to understand more of child psychology. The more she read, the more she realized how vast and evolving this area is. Also, having a four year old at home, the new knowledge was definitely helping her. As she delved deeper into the subject and started applying the concepts in her life, she was amazed to see how it helped her and her family. That is when she decided to do some knowledge sharing in this space. Further, she quit her job in the industry and started building Rainbow Kiddies.<br>Rainbow Kiddies creates beautifully illustrated storybooks, engaging educational videos, and interactive workshops that make social-emotional learning fun and easy — for kids, parents, and educators. We also share practical parenting resources to help parents. The rainbow in our name symbolizes hope, emotional range, diversity, and childhood joy.
