About the Authors

Parimal Roy's career in the Development sector was triggered in January 2006 in collaboration with GoB, PKSF, ADB, DFID, SIDA, UNFPA, and Orbis International. He entered academia indeed a sense in 2015. Nevertheless, he has researched and examined the Capability Approach, Policies like ILO-169, UNDRIP-2007, Environment, Indigenity, Sustainable Community Development, and the decision-making process within the cultural milieu, focusing on the implication of participatory governance for the cultural sector. He is immensely inquisitive about the affinity between theory, policy, and practice amid ethnic groups; to this end, he dissected several policies and int'l frameworks that have been published. He concluded vehemently undergraduate and post-graduated in Anthropology (SUST, Bangladesh) and another Master's in Business Administration (BOU, Bangladesh), and also obtained PhD (2024) in Community [Indigenous-Santals] Development from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Furthermore, satisfied the "FinTech & Regulatory Innovation" (April-June 2023) and "Cambridge Digital Assets For Regulators" (July-September 2023) at the University of Cambridge, UK, by getting an ADBI scholarship,
