About the Author

Fahad A. Salendab is a distinguished academic and researcher with extensive expertise in Educational Administration and English Language Teaching. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration at Cotabato State University. He also holds a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching and a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in English, both from Mindanao State University-Maguindanao. Dr. Salendab is a licensed professional teacher and serves as an Associate Professor at Sultan Kudarat State University - Kalamansig Campus, where he also coordinates student publications. As an active member of various scholastic organizations, Dr. Salendab has significantly contributed to academic research, evidenced by his numerous publications in international peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Salendab's excellence in research has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Distinguished Researcher Award (2024), Outstanding Peer Reviewer (2024), Outstanding Scientific Committee Member (2024), and Outstanding Global Educator in Research Category (2023). He also received accolades for the Most Cited Published Research (2023), Highest Number of Published Researches (2023), Outstanding Leadership Award in Education Category (2023), and the Highest Number of Copyrighted Researches (2022), sponsored by Sultan Kudarat State University and other sponsoring agencies. In addition to his research achievements, Dr. Salendab has authored various books which are registered with the National Library of the Philippines. Many of his research works have been certified and registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHIL).
