She has written two books entitled "Generational Overcomer: No More Silence" and the workbook. She is a certified cognitive behavior life coach and transformational speaker.

Cynnamon loves community outreach, helping others overcome adverse childhood experiences, traumatic experiences from relationships and working with youth. She has an 18-year-old daughter, who is her best friend, and whom she cherishes very much.
