Dear creative souls, 
I discovered my passion for writing in the 4th grade, and since then, my journey as a poet has evolved.

In November of '21, I took to Instagram under the name _the.ephemeral.soul_, initially as an inspirational quote page. However, as I delved deeper into the world of poetry, I found myself drawn to the prompts hosted by various inspiring and supportive accounts.
 
Awarded in contests along the way has kept me motivated and inspired, pushing me to continue honing my craft. I have also taken the opportunity to host prompts myself, allowing me to foster creativity within our vibrant community of talented poets who constantly inspire and uplift one another.
 
Driven by this sense of camaraderie, I expanded my social media presence with two additional pages: fairy.world.poetry and the.poetical.coffee.cup. Each page has its own unique essence that I invite you to discover on Instagram.

My name is Alexandra, I am a self-taught writer born in Romania, living in Germany. I am happily married and have two wonderful children. I started writing when I was in the 4th grade and shared my poems online since November of '21 under the Instagram name _the.ephemeral.soul_
My first poetry book "Tiny thoughts" is a heart warming collection of short poems, in which the reader will find writings varying between love, happiness, cozy romantic moments and all the way to heartbreak, fears, dark emotions, healing and learning how to show more self love. I have divided the book in 6 chapters, the meaning of each one is revealed in the book together with a few surprises. They are meant to enhance the reading pleasure and transform the book into an interactive experience.

I am the page

I am the page, the ink, the poem,
My mind is a poetical reverie and I am lost in it,
I hide my sharp edges and turn them into art,
Everytime I touch my quill and paper
The verses fly smoothly out of my mind,
Like a sweet rebellion of ephemeral fireflies,
They find their peaceful dreams,
On the soft paper printed in aurora hues.


My salvation
The ink spring of my ephemeral soul,
Lies in the depths of my imagination,
When poetry became my salvation,
I finally felt myself like whole.


Green stars
Heaven is weeping green stars tonight,
We're now traces in the sands of time,
Our ivory towers have lost their sublime,
I'm mourning your music in the moonlight.
