Is your marriage everything you had dreamed it would be? Or have hurts built up, you and your spouse feel bitter and resentful towards each other, and maybe you’re wondering if it will even survive? The good news is, a Happy, Healthy Marriage can become a reality for you, and this book offers unique, proven solutions that are completely counter-intuitive.
The most amazing thing about this new approach is that it only takes you changing your approach to change your marriage’s future. It isn’t reliant on your spouse “doing their part”, or even being committed to you and the marriage. And you can do it all without losing your self-respect, begging, or even arguing!
Drawing in part from his own marriage as well as years of experience helping couples, the author Chris Parsons guides you one step at a time into an exciting, innovative strategy that is deeply relatable with case studies and personal stories while providing “golden nugget” insights that have eluded many who are frustrated with their marriage and spouse.
Told in a direct, conversational tone, The Happy, Healthy Marriage Reset explores the question of how you can erase the baggage & restore the love in your marriage by sincerely processing and acknowledging your feelings to your spouse.

When I met my Husband, Chris (the author of this book), it was an immediate connection, but marriage turned out to not be such a fairy tale. You will read about the problems we had. At the time, it felt like we were the only ones, but it is far more common than I realized, and I'm so glad that you have this resource because it is truly an answer to prayer!
I'm incredibly proud of my husband for this book and the work he does with clients, but more than that - for the man that he has become. I'm frankly in awe when I think about how far we've come together.
The love and appreciation that we now have for each other is beyond what I even hoped for when we first got married. We can now look back at those tough times with fondness and appreciation for all the good that came out of them.
It's easy for me to sit here and be like "everything is going to be okay", but I know that when you are in the thick of it, it's hard to stay positive. At times, it feels defeating... like you are never going to get through this, but by reading this book you've shown that you aren't ready to quit, and that you believe there is hope.
This book will tell you to focus on your personal growth. I would say to focus on God, and be willing to deal with what he shows you in yourself. My husband really honors other people's beliefs and doesn't press his values on them - I can't help but share my heart the way that I feel and experience it.
God will do His work, but you have to do yours, because God challenges us to grow in Him - what we do with that is up to us. Our struggles define us and refine us.
My husband's unique way of looking at things is what I've always admired most about him.
I do feel like I must warn you though... He can be blunt, and that's putting it nicely. As much as we all sometimes just want someone to hold us and promise that everything is going to be okay, we need someone that cares about us enough to give us some "tough love" and not just tell us what we want to hear, but instead - what we need to hear.
And I can promise you this... my husband is that man.
He would tell you that I'm the one that is always thinking of others and who is the warmth of our family.
But Chris believes that when your life and marriage are better because of him and this book, that he has served his purpose. His heart is to truly see lives impacted and the world a better place for his work, and I'm confident that you will come to see that as his heart too.
With all of my love,
-Kerry Parsons
