High school students are faced with a tremendous amount of stress. Many have a family life that nobody knows about, such as crime and abuse at home, that can either destroy or encourage success. They wander without direction being told what they have to do to succeed. They must take certain AP courses since that is what colleges look at. They are constantly told what they must do to get into college and as they fall behind, they feel their future slipping away. They resort to stimulants, such as Adderall, in a desperate attempt to do well, without considering the consequences. Red Bull and Monster are their new beverages to keep them going. It's no wonder suicide rates have been dramatically increasing. Whatever the reason for falling behind or not doing well in high school, there is a simple way to turn that around after high school and still get into college. The anxiety and depression that is so often associated with high school is not necessary.
