Synopsis

Life as the son of a U.N. ambassador should be all fun and games. But Marc Hannah’s life is turned upside down when he avoids a botched kidnaping attempt and finds himself as the focal point of a terrorist group calling themselves The Consortium trying to steal the Earth’s nuclear stockpile. Marc soon finds out that his father is the Director of Alien Affairs for the United Nations, and the terrorist are not from earth. Within hours he finds out that aliens actually exist, and spaceships are not just in movies.
Along with a mysterious girl, Dawn Firstrider, and his four-legged best friend, Jake, an augmented dog assigned to keep him safe, the trio find themselves hiding in a dome on the dark side of the moon.
There Marc finds himself in a world unlike he had ever imagined. Beings from all over the galaxy come here for fun and relaxation. Most of all to take in the spectacles of spectacles the raging race that is the world of roller derby taken to the next level of violence.
Before they know what is happening the trio is tangled in an amazing team roller-skating women calling themselves the Bulldozers. And even though the team is in the last place in the league nothing will stop them from trying to win.
During a fast-paced game against the league’s second placed team, the vile Holly Rollers, Marc is captured by The Consortium, who plan on using him to force Ambassador Hannah to hand over the needed codes for Earth’s nuclear arsenal.
But it’s up to Jake, Dawn, and the Bulldozers to rescue him before the red moon starts to rise over the earth and the world is destroyed. Can they pull off Marc’s rescue, or will they fail and find themselves at the mercy of The Consortium.
