Synopsis
This book is for students who are preparing for high school math competitions, in particular American Mathematics Competitions 10. It contains four AMC 10 practice tests with new problems not used in past official competitions and with insightful solutions.The problems and solutions were written by students, alumni, and faculty of AlphaStar Academy, an education company based in California, offering online courses for contest preparation in Math, Computer Science, and Physics. The authors and contributors themselves participated and got excellent results in Math competitions and olympiads. In particular, in AMC 10, they had dozens of Distinguished Honor Roll Awards which are given to only the top 1% of participants. A few of them even got perfect scores. Dr. Ali Gurel, AlphaStar Academy co-founder and Math Director, led the team and also did the final editing.
